Today, 10 October 2025, marks the official launch of the DSA for YOUth: Protecting minors by design campaign, perfectly timed with the Informal Meeting of Ministers for Telecommunication under the Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU, where ministers are discussing how to strengthen online safety for minors across Europe.

Youth policy dialogue on cyberbullying with Commissioner Glenn Micallef

On 16 September, Directorate General for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture, and Sport held a youth policy dialogue on cyberbullying to exchange views and hear the perspectives and priorities of young people on how the European Union can develop an action plan against cyberbullying. Participants addressed key issues and provided recommendations to help the European Union tackle cyberbullying.

The Insafe network meets to discuss artificial intelligence and cyberbullying

Day one: the guidelines on the protection of minors under the DSAThis edition of the Insafe Training meeting includes a series of online sessions spanning over three mornings, from 14 to 16 October 2025. Webwise Digital Citizenship Champions programme

In Ireland, the Digital Citizenship Champions Conference marked the fourth and final workshop in the Webwise Digital Citizenship Champions Programme. The event brought together participating teachers, and online safety stakeholders, to explore strategies for engaging and supporting parents and guardians in guiding children toward responsible digital citizenship.
