The methodology for the book ON-LINE ZOO is intended primarily for teachers at the lower level of primary schools. Each chapter corresponds to individual stories in the book that deal with nomophobia, cyberbullying, cybergrooming, online shopping and sexting. All concepts are explained to teachers in detail here. These concepts are followed by suggestions for group activities that teachers and students can complete to better understand and experience the issue.

Worksheets serve as an accompanying material for working with the book ON-LINE ZOO. These worksheets help children relax between each chapter in the book, for example, by painting, looking for differences between two pictures or by cutting them out. Regarding the topic of cybergrooming, children can portray it as a theater using paper masks.

But a completely self-sufficient robot can also be quite a scary idea. What do you think AI should be used for? And what shouldn't it be used for?

All information on the website is written in simple, easy-to-understand Dutch, as well as English, French, Turkish and Arabic. In addition, the text can also be read aloud.

This updated version of Dutch Media Literacy Network's Media Literacy Competency Model for 2021 presents our definition of media literacy in a clear visual model. This model makes clear our definition of media literacy, forms a starting point for activities, projects and services for media literacy professionals, can be used for the development of research and tools to monitor media literacy among various target groups and forms the basis for the activities of Netwerk Mediawijsheid, such as Media Literacy Week, the challenge #NLmediawijs and the educative game MediaMasters.

This quiz challenges the player to think about reliable information and fake news. There are two activities 'Info or Intox' and 'Too good to be true'. The captain is the central figure and will say what will happen when the activity opens. In 'Info or Intox' the player gets 8 questions about reliable info. He will be shown a picture and must decide whether it is true or not. Immediately after a question the captain gives the correct answer, with additional feedback.
