The Digital Services Act aims to create a safer digital space where the fundamental rights of users are protected. Under Art 28,  providers of online platforms accessible to minors must put in place appropriate and proportionate measures to ensure a high level of privacy, safety, and security of minors, on their service. The Digital Services Act imposes on all providers of digital services obligations to protect minors from illegal content online. They must write their terms and conditions in a way that children can understand.

The Cyprus Digital Skills National Action Plan 2021-2025 is a comprehensive strategy designed to accelerate the country’s digital transformation and ensure all citizens are equipped for the digital era. Developed by the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, the plan addresses key challenges such as the digital skills gap, low digital literacy rates, and the underrepresentation of women in ICT. Its vision is to create a digitally mature society that can actively participate in the digital economy and society.

The Digital Skills Initiative for Austria (DKO) is a national strategy that includes a package of actions to enhance digital experiences in the country, particularly through workshops and educational measures. The initiative established a Digital Skills Office, responsible for implementing 4,500 digitalisation workshops for the population in all Austrian municipalities.

The Digital Slovenia 2030 strategy is the overarching strategy for the digital transformation of our country by 2030 and is the response of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to the development challenges of digitalization. It is intended to provide strategic planning for promoting Slovenia's digital transformation in the development period by the year 2030. The strategy takes into account the ambitions and principles of the European Union (EU) and is the result of coordination between government representatives, institutions, academics, civil society, and the interested public.

The Digital Strategy for Education 2023-2027 is a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance digital literacy across all educational levels. The strategy emphasises the development of students' competencies in various digital domains, ensuring they are well-prepared for the evolving digital landscape.

The Digital Strategy for Schools to 2027 is Ireland’s national roadmap to incorporate and enhance digital technologies and infrastructure in schools and prepare students for an evolving digital world. The Digital Transformation Book ( Government Gazette 2894/Β/5-7-2021 ) is a record of the necessary interventions in the technological infrastructure of the state, in the education and training of the population for the acquisition of digital skills as well as in the way our country utilizes the digital technology in all sectors of the economy and public administration. Its main role is to describe the vision, philosophy and objectives of the national strategy for the digital transformation of the country.

The Digital Transformation Guidelines 2021-2027 is a medium-term policy framework setting the strategic roadmap for Latvia’s digital transformation across society, economy, and public administration from 2021 to 2027.  The document sets long-term priorities and strategic guidelines for the country's digital development and changes to be implemented in all areas of the economy and life in order to ensure the digital environment. use and development in Latvian society and the State Administration.
