"einfach digital" is Luxembourg’s national strategy integrating five core 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and coding) into formal and informal education, supported by digital platforms, coding curricula, and media literacy frameworks. ePrivacy Directive: Directive on privacy and electronic communications
The Directive makes sure that all users, including children, can use electronic communications in a confidential way and that their devices are protected. The Commission proposed a new Regulation on ePrivacy (see below under legislative proposals) to modernise the current Directive and provide more legal certainty for all users.

The European Pillar of Social Rights sets out 20 key principles and rights essential for fair and well- functioning labour markets and social protection systems.
