How do I recognize fake news? How do I search the Internet correctly? And how do I check online sources? In this scavenger hunt, the players independently research the answers to these and similar questions on Saferinternet.at. Only when a question is answered correctly do they move on to the next one. For each correct answer there is one or more solution letters. These are collected and result in a solution set at the end. This is needed to successfully complete the scavenger hunt. As a reward for participating, the players receive a certificate.

In 2022 we asked children and young people between the ages of 9 and 18 about what they do on social media, and which influencers they like to follow. The findings from the survey resulted in a top list of influencers for each gender and age group. On behalf of the Norwegian Media Authority, Retriever investigated what 22 of these influencers communicate to their followers and what young SoMe users are exposed to.
