It explains the differences between disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation, the mechanisms that support the spread of false content, and why youth are more likely to believe it. 

It also provides practical tips for adults (parents and caregivers, as well as teachers and educators) on how to support young people in developing critical thinking and using digital media consciously.

The International Conference "Keeping children and young people safe online" is the largest regular event in Poland concerning children's online safety. It is targeted at representatives of educational institutions, non-governmental organisations, public administration, the judiciary, and the internet sector.

The conference organisers are the Polish Safer Internet Centre (PCPSI), which is formed by the NASK National Research Institute and the Empowering Children Foundation.

Necio.pl is an educational project aimed at children aged 4–6, focused on safe internet use.

The Necio.pl website has been designed for parents, caregivers, and teachers and educators who want to introduce children to the online world in a conscious and safe way. It offers educational materials for both children and adults, and in the Parents section, practical tips and articles related to internet safety can be found. It is recommended that preschool-aged children use the website’s resources always under adult supervision.
