Latest BEE SECURE guide: Risks on the internet - prevent, identify and resist

BEE SECURE, the Luxembourgish Safer Internet Centre, presents its latest guide, providing information and best practices on how to deal with possible risks on the internet.

Closely adapted to everyday life

In this publication, the reader will meet various characters who find themselves in risky situations on the internet, similar to the ones that many people encounter on a daily basis. The reader is encouraged to identify these risks and to find a solution that will lead to safe and secure online browsing. Each specific situation is followed by tips that promote online well-being and a more secure use of information and communication technologies.

Who can benefit from this guide?

The guide, which covers topics such as hacking, phishing attacks, misinformation, sexting and other issues, was created for preventive purposes. It is specifically aimed at young people but, more generally, it will also benefit any internet user who is interested in managing the risks encountered on the internet.

Where can I get the guide?

Download the guide from the BEE SECURE website in French and German. The guide can also be ordered in paper format via the BEE SECURE contact form
