Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD)

In June 2024, the Spanish government proposed a Draft Organic Law for the Protection of Children in Digital Environments. In Finland, gambling is regulated by the Lotteries Act. The purpose of the Lotteries Act is to ensure the legal protection of players, prevent misuse and crime and reduce the economic, social and health-related harm resulting from gambling.
Act on Audiovisual Programmes
The Act on Audiovisual Programmes (710/2011) regulates the classification of audiovisual programmes. According to the Act, providing an audiovisual programme with an age limit of 18 to minors is prohibited. A streaming service owned by the Finnish National Broadcasting Company is not permitted to offer audiovisual content with an age rating of 18.

LAW No. 2024-120 of February 19, 2024 aimed at ensuring respect for children's image rights law guarantees the right of children to control the use of their image, especially online, and places specific obligations on parents and platforms regarding the publication and protection of children’s photos and videos.
The law aims to protect children from exploitation, privacy violations, and harmful online exposure, and allows courts to intervene if a child’s image rights are at risk.
