Since 2014, the BIK Policy monitor tracks how European countries support young people’s digital experiences. The main objective is to exchange knowledge on policies that promote children's safety and well-being based on the recommendations of the BIK+ strategy.

BIK+ strategy evaluation

In 2024, the first evaluation of the BIK+ strategy involved young people, teachers and educators, parents and caregivers, and other relevant stakeholder groups, who played a direct role in reviewing policies that affect children's lives and activities online.
