Bullying on the internet can become a serious burden for young people. For this reason, members of the klicksafe Youth Panel have developed the cyberbullying first aid app. The app has won several national and international awards, including best submission at the ENABLE Hackathon coding competition.  

Toys have evolved significantly in recent years. Alongside traditional building sets, dolls and board games, so-called ‘smart toys’ are now becoming an increasingly common sight in children’s bedrooms. 

For parents and caregivers, this raises the question of which toys are suitable and appropriate for their children.

This factsheet explains the different types of smart toys available, the risks they pose and how parents, caregivers, children and young people can use these devices as safely as possible.

Countering digital hate requires "digital civic courage." Students, in particular, need support and encouragement to stand up for others and not just stand by. When and how can I intervene if someone is being bullied online? How do I report content? Who can I contact with questions? This flyer aims to answer these questions for young people and show them how to offer help online.

A comprehensive analysis of children's perspectives on AI-generated sexual content (nudify apps) based on a study of 880 minors and 1,255 free-text responses. The report concludes with an urgent call from children for policymakers to take responsibility by abolishing the "puberty requirement" in Swedish legislation, which perpetrators exploit via AI, and implementing an outright ban on technology developed primarily for non-consensual sexual exploitation.
