Nowadays, many people perceive content differently than through writing and reading. 
On the website of the helpline, elaborate descriptions, tips and advices on many topics was placed in order to help those that are looking for more information on their issue. 
However, to be able to spread this information to those that rather watch an explainer video, we decided to start creating videos on five of our topics. This contributes to our information being more accessible to a wider range of people.

This flyers offers smartphone security tips, covering initial setup, data protection, and actions to take if the phone is lost or stolen. It’s available in French and German, both digitally and in print across Luxembourg.

This study includes interviews with just over 80 children and young people aged 9–16. The purpose of the study was to strengthen the reliability and validity of “Children & Media” (our study conducted every other year on children's media use during their free time). The study is also part of our work to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child within the Agency's area of operation.

The interview guide covers four overarching themes regarding news, social media, influencers, and computer gaming.

This resource was developed by SIC Malta’s Youth Panel. The Youth Panel produced and edited this video about digital footprint. Members of the team and youth advisors participated in the video. This video was shared with all middle and secondary schools and featured in school assemblies on February 6th. Additionally, it was promoted on SIC Malta’s social media platforms to reach a broader audience.

The educational material "Your Rights Online" deals with children's rights on the internet and is aimed at school librarians and school counselors, as well as children and young people (age 10-16). The material can be linked to the Swedish curriculum and therefore also be used by, or together with teachers. The material contains: the Convention on the Rights of the Child, GDPR, algorithms, and information on where to find help and support.

The Better Internet for Kids (BIK) reviews of the year are typically released to coincide with Safer Internet Day celebrations each year.

These annual reports provide an overview of a multitude of stakeholder efforts to both protect and empower children and young people in their digital lives over the past year, when BIK has focused on making sure that young people are protected, respected, and equipped with the skills they need to thrive in the digital world.
