The webinar was carried out as part of the Back-2-School 2024 campaign in Slovenia. In a 90-minute online seminar, Dr. Jože Ruparčič, Deputy Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia responsible for children's rights, addressed the participants.
Lecturer Katja Koren Ošljak from the Faculty of Social Sciences presented the contribution of primary and secondary schools to media and digital literacy and the realisation of digital rights for young people. Simon Truševič, student rights advocate, presented the youth perspective on the topic of rights in the digital environment. The recording of the webinar is publicly available on the Safe.si website as well as on the Safe.si YouTube channel, and on the ARNES video portal.
