This campaign, aimed at children and young people attending elementary education, proposes a journey to this special place where everyone can enjoy a safe vacation, prioritizing physical and mental well-being. this awareness campaign consists of: a set of illustrations with tips and recommendations; a brochure for parents with recommendations for healthy technology use; a collection of tips and awareness videos featuring the several Portuguese experts. For the implementation of the campaign it was suggested to school principals to promote the campaign through class directors, who have direct contact with parents and guardians, as well as in municipalities, during school holiday programs and within youth associations.
