Healthy use of technology during school holidays – awareness campaign

The Directorate-General for Education, through the SeguraNet awareness centre, with the support of Geração Cordão and the Institute for Child Support, has launched the campaign "Holidays: a tech-healthy place!". This initiative aims to raise awareness among children and young people about the healthy use of technology during school holidays.
This campaign consists of a brochure with recommendations for the healthy use of technology, aimed at parents/guardians and all educational stakeholders, as well as a gallery of nine images with guidelines for the responsible use of technology, targeted at students.
It also features testimonials from national experts, Professor Daniel Sampaio and Professor Ivone Patrão. Additionally, several public figures have joined the campaign, including Pedro Fernandes (comedian, presenter), Ana Marques (TV host), Sónia Morais Santos (journalist and digital content creator), and Margarida Beja (nutritionist and digital content creator).
