These Safer Internet Day PowerPoint Presentations aim to provide context to the aim and purpose of Safer Internet Day; an EU wide initiative to promote a safer internet for all users, especially young people. These are designed for use with 1st and 2nd class, 3rd and 4th class, and 5th and 6th class. The presentations can be delivered by school leaders or teachers at a whole school assembly. They include some warmer activities that can be used with young people to introduce them to the topic of online safety. Additional optional activities will be available for teachers to adapt these presentation to suit delivery during class time.

The presentations are designed to assist schools in promoting awareness of Safer Internet Day in their school and promote home school links on young people's online safety.
