Procedural regulation for the management of complaints pursuant to Article 53 of the Digital Services Regulation (DSA) is implemented by Italy’s communications authority, AGCOM, to outline how complaints under Article 53 of the EU Digital Services Act are to be handled. According to the provisions of art. 53 of the DSA, recipients of the service or entities, such as bodies, organisations or associations, acting on their behalf, have the right to submit complaints about alleged infringements of the DSA by intermediary service providers to the Digital Services Coordinator (DSC) of the Member State in which the recipients are located or established.

Procedural regulation for the management of complaints pursuant to Article 53 of the Digital Services Regulation (DSA) is implemented by Italy’s communications authority, AGCOM, to outline how complaints under Article 53 of the EU Digital Services Act are to be handled.
