The Life Skills General Program is a national education programme aimed at helping students in Lithuania develop essential social, emotional, cognitive, and health-related competencies to manage life challenges, make responsible decisions, and build meaningful personal and professional relationships. The programme identifies four areas of achievement: Self-knowledge, setting and achieving personal development goals, Building relationships and learning to cooperate, Responsible behaviour and evaluating consequences, Creating personal and community well-being, strengthening and preserving health.
