The Declaration states that all people should have a cheap and quick internet connection no matter where they live, schools should have good computers and other digital equipment, teachers should be well trained to use digital tools, and children should be able to use the internet in a safe way. Everyone should be able to control their personal data and decide who they want to share it with.
