The Code of Good Practice on Detailed Rules for the Protection of Minors in Audiovisual On‑Demand Media Services establishes detailed technical and organizational measures that audiovisual on-demand media service providers must implement to protect minors from harmful content such as violence and pornography. The Code of Good Practice was developed by the IAB Polska Legal Group in conjunction with the National Broadcasting Council and the Ministry of Administration and Digitization. The adopted document is supported by IAB Polska member companies, in particular VoD services, and represents a common perception of key issues by the Internet industry.
