On the occasion of Safer Internet Day 2021, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we experimented for the first time with a conference format open to all: a videoconference. The flexibility of this format allows parents with limited time to tune in only to hear the speakers they are interested in, or even to simply replay at their convenience when they are more available.
Around the table were invited experts on the protection of minors online, in particular our partners from the research community, AXA Insurance, the French Ministry of Education, the Gendarmerie Nationale, etc. Following this well-reported event (around 4000 participants on the day) and in order to support parents over the long term, we then produced a practical guide based on the key figures of the conference and presenting the tools available for the parents.
The leaflet format is a PDF that one can easily either consult online or download for free.
