Burnout

Burnout is a state where you feel completely exhausted and have lost your energy, motivation, and interest in activities you used to enjoy or simply need to do. It can happen to both children and adults, often due to too much activity or prolonged stress.

Watch the video created by Deimantė Kiaušinytė and think about whether you feel this way too?

The Children's Line will listen to you without judgment. If you feel that burnout or stress is too overwhelming and you don’t have anyone to talk to about it, feel free to reach out to the Children’s Line. It’s a free helpline for children and teenagers where volunteers are always ready to listen and help. You don’t need to introduce yourself, and no one else will know what you talked about with the volunteer – it will remain just between you and the Children’s Line.

Remember, your feelings are important, and there is always someone who wants to help you!
