Are you affected by hate? Is it hard for you to talk about it?

The poster contains words of support for the person affected by hate, and encouragement to seek help. 

The A2 poster has a light background with clear, high-contrast text. Its central message is support for those experiencing hate: “You have a voice! You can ask for support” and “You have power! You can speak out.” The poster includes short tips on whom to turn to – e.g., a parent, teacher, or school counselor – as well as information about free helplines and online chats (116 111 and 800 12 12 12). The messages emphasize that anyone can experience hate, but no one has to face it alone.
