Information society in Poland in 2023

The publication presents the results of the ""Information Society Indicators"" survey, which includes: a report on the use of ICT in enterprises, a report on the use of ICT in financial sector enterprises, the use of ICT in public administration units, the use of ICT in households (including an individual questionnaire) and basic characteristics of the ICT sector.

Methodology

This report presents detailed data related to the Information Society Indicators Survey, including information on access to the internet and ICT usage in households. Generally, data was collected through computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) methodology. Household data for 2020 and 2021 was collected using computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) and computer-assisted web interviewing (CAWI) methods.
