These guidelines issued by the media authorities provide assistance with the labelling requirements for advertising on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch etc.) and other online media, such as blogs and podcasts.
Interstate treaty on the protection of minors in the media
The German Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Human Dignity and the Protection of Minors in Broadcasting and in Telemedia (JMStV) came into force as an interstate treaty between the German federal states on 1 April 2003. It defines the standards of protection for broadcasting and telemedia. On 7 November 2020, amendments to the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV) came into force.

Digital Transformation Bible 2020-2025

Its main role is to describe the vision, philosophy, and objectives of the national strategy for the country's digital transformation.
National Cybersecurity Strategy 2020-2025
The National Cybersecurity Strategy 2020-2025 (Εθνική Στρατηγική Κυβερνοασφάλειας 2020-2025) is responsible for setting and implementing timely and preventive responses to protect the country against cyberattacks. It includes actions to raise awareness of personal data protection, particularly focusing on children.

DOS promotes digital education and media literacy to enhance digitalisation in the national society. Under the strategy, no student should leave the educational system without digital competencies. According to the Strategy: "the school of the future is digital. By the end of 2018, at the beginning of the 2019 school year, all schools will have broadband Internet access and WiFi coverage , a significant number of teachers will receive teacher laptops, and the equipment of the classrooms will also improve".

The Digital Child Protection Strategy of Hungary outlines a comprehensive approach to safeguarding children in the digital space. This strategy, a component of Hungary’s broader Digital Success Programme, was developed in response to emerging risks and the increasing role of the internet in children’s lives. As children are now active participants in the digital world, the strategy emphasises the need for them to be knowledgeable and aware of their online interactions.
Guidelines on influencer marketing
These guidelines address digital influencers' appropriate marketing and advertising practices. It covers commercial communication under national jurisdiction and, in addition, other laws and regulations, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The renewed guide of the GVH demonstrates in a practice-oriented way, by illustrating positive and negative examples, how it is possible to legally meet the expectations of providing information to consumers, for example in the case of a post containing only written text or a video post.
National Core Curriculum (Digital culture)
In 2020, a new subject called Digital Culture was introduced in the National Core Curriculum in Hungary, replacing the previously titled subject of Informatics. This subject is compulsory from 3rd to 11th grade and aims to enhance learners' digital citizenship skills.
