The 'Youth Manifesto ON Human Rights. OFF Cyberbullying' was developed through a participatory process focused on critical reflection and the active involvement of young people, within the framework of various editions of the CIS Digital Camp organised by the Portuguese Safer Internet Centre. These camps were attended by around 300 Portuguese young people aged 14 to 18 and were dedicated to the themes of cyberbullying and human rights in the digital environment.
