This document provides age-appropriate lesson plans on internet safety designed for grades 1 through 12 in Latvian schools:

• Format: each plan is designed for a 40-minute lesson and includes worksheets, presentations, links, and teacher guidance.
• Grades 1–3 (early primary): core habits such as keeping personal information private, practicing online politeness, and creating secure passwords.
• Grades 4–6 (upper primary): friendly communication, identifying safe vs. unsafe online environments, public vs. private data, and framing visual media.
• Grades 7–9 (middle school): handling cyberbullying and hate speech, evaluating online information sources, and recognising criminal/legal responsibilities online.
