Worksheet for children ‘My screen time’

How much time does the child spend on the Internet per week? In order for the child to control himself and learn to plan time he spends online and offline the worksheet ‘My screen time' will be useful for children of primary school age for keeping track of their screen time and online activities.
Parents can print out worksheet and give their child to fill out at home. Worksheet is intended to use at school in class lessons or other subject lessons. Teachers are invited to use worksheet during school lessons, and then children can compare the results with each other and discuss in class the importance of time management in everyday life raising awareness of meaningful use of internet.
The worksheet also includes questions for detailed analyse of time child spent on each activity. Parents can use these to talk over with child about overall use of the internet, online risks and safety encouraging the child to pay more attention spending time meaningful. And finally, parents can use it also to agree on rules for internet use at home.
