The educational film “Mr. File and Mr. Folder – Internet Explorers” was prepared jointly by NASK and two actors from the artistic group Zygzaki.com.pl specializing in working with children. The resource is addressed to upper primary school classes (children aged 10-13 years) and consists of four episodes, where virtual characters – Mr. File and Mr. Folder - support children in everyday situations related to activities on the internet. They come to the rescue when Ula becomes a victim of cyberbullying, and Tom is completely absorbed by computer games. Also they teach how to use wisely the information available online, and together they create an online photo blog for Kathy. Each movie has a lesson plan proposal that will help a teacher to discuss with pupils the issues raised in an episode, as well as to work out rules of safe and wise use of new technologies. This educational film was also prepared for hearing impaired and deaf children - each episode has the version of the sign language translation.
