A handbook entitled "Mom, Can I have your Phone?"

This handbook offers ten basic recommendations for parents to take into consideration when introducing digital devices to their pre-school children aged 3 to 6 years. The handbook is a translation and adaptation of the tool developed by the Austrian SIC.
