The SIF Youth Advisory Group consists of 6 BIK Youth Ambassadors that have shown active participation at national and European level since becoming an ambassador.
Each year, a new SIF Youth Advisory Group is formed, requirements for the selection process primarily but not exclusively include gender, age, and geographical balance between participants.
The selection of the SIF Youth Advisory Group is made by BIK coordination team in consultation with the respective national SIC youth coordinator.
