Swedish Safer Internet Centre

Profile last updated: March 2025

About our SID activities

Together SIC Sweden will celebrate Safer Internet Day on 11 February 2025 and throughout the whole month. SIC Sweden will arrange and contribute to activities targeted directly to children and young people as well as parents, caregivers and professionals. The main event this year is a digital parental meeting discussing children's online lives and how parents can support their children in their digital media use. Read more about the event here and register to participate: https://mediemyndigheten.se/safer-internet-centre/safer-internet-day/safer-internet-day-2025--under-hela-februari/

SIC Sweden encourages all actors, from schools to civil society organisations, to join in by spreading awareness on children's well-being online.

What we are doing to create a better internet...

For Safer Internet Day 2025, SIC Sweden is spreading knowledge on online life in order to strengthen and support children and young people in their digital media use.

About us
