In Slovenia, the 2020 edition of Safer Internet Day (SID) was celebrated with two main activities, prepared by the Slovenian Safer Internet Centre (SIC): an event for kindergarten teachers, and a campaign on parents' excessive use of digital devices.

Focus on cybersecurity for Safer Internet Day 2020 in Spain
Safer Internet Day (SID) was held on Tuesday, 11 February 2020 in over 170 countries around the world, united under the slogan of "Together for a better internet". The Spanish Safer Internet Centre (SIC) would like to express its gratitude to the centres, entities and families that participated in all activities held around SID 2020, for their involvement: in Spain, 830 people registered and 2,020 watched the livestream of the central event.
In the spotlight: Safer Internet Centre Bulgaria and Romania
As part of the Better Internet for Kids (BIK) Quality Assurance Programme (QAP), the Insafe-INHOPE Coordination Teams are jointly conducting a set of fourteen country visits to national Safer Internet Centres (SICs) to better understand what is happening in the Member States: monitoring emerging issues and challenges, identifying good practices to be shared, and harvesting the results of the Better Internet for Kids (BIK) policy.
