What we are doing to create a better internet...
“The digital world can be a brilliant place to play and learn, especially for children, but many parents and caregivers struggle to talk with their children about their online life. We want to make it easier for adults to have the right conversations with their children when it comes to playing smart and staying safe online,” said Diana Ringe Krogh, Vice president, social responsibility and engagement, at the LEGO Group.
In addition to celebrating Safer Internet Day worldwide, teaching children the importance of empathy, and ‘playing well’ online, we are also inviting parents and caregivers to visit our website and tune in for conversations our Digital child safety expert has had with other parents and caregivers on digital security, critical thinking, how important it is to focus on the fun, as well as setting 'common sense rules' for participating in the digital world.
