Better Internet for Kids

The National Contact Centre for Child Online Safety is marking Safer Internet Day (SID) 2026, a global initiative dedicated to promoting a safer and more responsible digital environment for children and young people.

The event will take place at the Palace of Science and will feature a special group of guests — children from foster families from the village of Miloševac. During their visit, the children will tour the Palace of Science, attend an educational lecture on child online safety, and take part in an interactive quiz. As a special highlight of the programme, the children will also enjoy a visit to the Red Star Belgrade museum and stadium.

Throughout the entire month, the National Contact Centre for Child Online Safety will be delivering a series of educational lectures on online safety across Serbia. These activities will be aimed at children, parents, and teachers, with the goal of raising awareness, strengthening digital resilience, and promoting responsible and safe use of the internet.
