About our SID activities
The non-consensual distribution of intimate images (NCDII) of youth is often facilitated through technology, especially with the rise in use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
On Safer Internet Day 2026, C3P is promoting a guide that can help schools respond if intimate images of a student are shared – whether the images are real, edited, or created using AI. This framework was developed to help ensure youth and their families are supported throughout the incident.

What we are doing to create a better internet...
Everyone has a role to play in protecting children online. C3P has a variety of educational resources for children, teens, parents, educators, and more. By working together, we can make a better internet for children and youth online.
About us
The Canadian Centre for Child Protection (C3P) is a charity dedicated to the personal safety of all children. C3P’s goal is to reduce the sexual abuse and exploitation of children and prevent child victimisation through programmes, services, and resources for Canadian families, educators, child-serving organisations, law enforcement, and other parties.
