[REMINDER, FOR INFORMATION]Safer Internet Day 2026 reporting
A kind reminder that Safer Internet Day reports (submitted via the assessment platform tools) are due by the close of business on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, to enable network-level reporting to the European Commission. Please note, the form covers both the global day of celebration (10/02) and the full campaign period (01/02 - 28/02).

The reporting process still includes an article on SID successes - this can be sent separately (to the file upload process), directly to the BIK content mailbox (as with all other platform content contributions). Early submissions of articles are most welcome. Thanks to those SICs who have already sent an article.

Call for content for the March 2026 edition of the BIK bulletin

[NEW, FOR INFORMATION AND ACTION]

The next edition of the BIK bulletin will be published at the end of March 2026, with an overview of Safer Internet Day (SID) 2026 celebrations, and updates on the adoption of the EU Action plan against cyberbullying.

As always, we also invite Safer Internet Centres (and their partners) to contribute to the BIK bulletin with general articles on news, resources or events. The content deadline is the close of business on Monday, 16 March 2026 (or sooner if possible). All contributions or queries should be addressed to content@betterinternetforkids.eu.

As a reminder, we generally suggest that articles should be 300 - 600 words in length (but longer focus pieces are fine too), along with copyright-cleared images/photographs/logos if appropriate (please note that we cannot accept AI-generated images). The BIK team reserves the right to edit contributions for house style, etc., but we try to keep these changes to a minimum.
