Audiovisual Media Services Act (ZAvMS-B)
This law Slovenia transposes the AVMSD 2018/1808 with Law 4156. on Amendments and Additions to the Law on Audiovisual Media Services (ZAvMS-B) that entered into force on 12 January 2022. The Slovenian AVMS Act (Art. 38b) regulates protection of minors from programmes, user-generated videos and audiovisual commercial communications which may impair their physical, mental or moral development, on VSPs. AKOS, Slovenia's national regulatory authority for the media, is the responsible implementing agency. AKOS is also Slovenia's Digital Services Coordinator.
Law 5099/2024
The law is a measure to implement the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA) in Greece. It officially designates the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) as the national Digital Services Coordinator. The law appoints the EETT and other competent authorities, such as the National Council for Radio and Television (NCRTV) and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA), to supervise intermediary service providers.

Designation of competent authorities for DSA enforcement in Belgium
Four competent authorities have been designated to enforce the Digital Services Act (DSA) in Belgium: BIPT (federal/national coordinator, Act of 21 April 2024), Vlaamse Regulator voor de Media (VRM, Flemish Community), Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel (CSA, French Community), and Medienrat (German-speaking Community). BIPT is the national coordinator. Each authority is responsible for DSA supervision and enforcement within its jurisdiction, including certifying trusted flaggers, investigating violations, imposing sanctions, and cooperating with the EU Commission and other DSCs.

Online Safety and Media Regulation Act 2022
The Online Safety and Media Regulation (OSMR) Act 2022 amends the Broadcasting Act 2009 to provide for the establishment of Coimisiún na Meán amongst other things. The Act empowers the Online Safety Commissioner, as part of the wider Coimisiún na Meán, to hold designated online services to account through binding online safety codes.
