It is aimed not only at parents, but also at grandparents, other guardians and caregivers for children in foster care. It provides concise, accessible information on topics such as role modelling, screen-free times, child-safe devices, useful apps, age limits and photos of children online. An overview of support and counselling services is also provided.

Section 50 of the Protection of the Rights of the Child Law includes: “(1) It is prohibited to show, sell, give as a gift, rent or promote to a child toys and video recordings, computer games, newspapers, magazines and other types of publications, in which cruel behaviour, violence, erotica and pornography are promoted and which pose a threat to the psychological development of a child.

This strategy aims to combat cyberviolence, online harm, terrorist activities, and e-crime through preventive, educational, and innovative measures. In relation to children’s rights, the strategy determines activities focused on raising awareness of the safe use of digital technologies and developing online skills.
