The Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027) supports the education and training systems in EU Member States to adapt to the digital age. In one action, the Commission is developing guidelines for teachers and educators to fight disinformation and promote digital literacy, so young people can use social media platforms safely and identify reliable information.

The guide Educating for digital Awareness between the ages of 5 and 8: educational paths for teachers and parents is designed for both teachers and parents, as digital challenges and children's rights in the connected world are a shared responsibility of the entire community. Consistent messages are needed to help children grow into digital citizens who are aware of their rights and capable of using online technologies responsibly and critically.

It is an interactive role-playing game that simulates real-life scenarios in relation to the using of artificial intelligence in the educational environment. 

The main objective is to engage educators in meaningful discussions about the complex and emerging issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence in the educational environment. The game helps participants explore the effects of artificial intelligence from different points of view and fosters a deeper understanding of ethical considerations and practical consequences.
