Point de Contact - Report on child sexual exploitation and digital outreach
Point de Contact and Fondation Droit d'Enfance (PARÉ programme) have published a joint report on how child sexual exploitation has shifted toward digital spaces, and on "digital outreach" practices used to reach at-risk minors online. Drawing on a study group of field associations and researchers, the report puts forward ten recommendations for a structured public response.

In the video, Internet Police Officer Grete-Kelly Lipstok shares advice to young people on what to do if they become a victim of cyberbullying, if a young person's personal data has been shared without consent, if their account has been hacked, or if they have become a victim of sexual or other abuse online.
The video was produced in cooperation with the Estonian Union for Child Welfare and the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board.

This law amends Article 347 of Italy’s Code of Criminal Procedure to expand the list of serious criminal offenses (including domestic violence, sexual offenses, and aggravated assault) for which law enforcement must immediately report the offense to the public prosecutor, even orally when urgency demands.

The French hotline Point de Contact makes available to the public the comic strip "Max goes to his uncle's house" (in French: "Max va chez son oncle").
CSA Directive: Child Sexual Abuse Directive 2011/93/EU
The Directive covers prosecuting offenders, protecting victims and preventing offences as well as blocking and taking down websites that hold and distribute child sexual abuse material. The Commission is working closely with EU Member States to make sure that the directive is implemented fully. The Commission is assessing if this text solves all the issues it was meant to solve or if there are new issues, for instance because of the big technological changes of the last ten years.

Specialists play a crucial role in supporting adults and children who come into contact with depictions of sexualised violence against children and young people and sexual depictions of minors. The guide provides professionals from psychosocial and educational institutions with helpful information, the legal framework, step-by-step instructions and preventive measures to enable them to act quickly and appropriately.
Infographic: sexual harassment online
The study ‘Sexual Harassment Online’ clearly shows that sexual harassment on the internet is a sad part of everyday life for many children and young people in Austria. The infographic shows the key findings of the study, which was conducted in October 2024. 405 young people between the ages of 11 and 17 took part in the online survey. In addition, 70 young people from four school classes aged between 13 and 19 were interviewed in focus groups. Interviews with experts from counselling centres and academia rounded off the study.
