The Austrian Youth Strategy is an ongoing process to strengthen and develop youth policy in Austria. In September 2020, the Austrian Federal Government decided on the joint continuation of the Youth Strategy. Based on the fields of action in the Youth Strategy, each federal ministry has developed Youth Goals backed by specific measures.

The National Strategy for Children's Rights 2021-2024 (Estratégia Nacional para os Direitos das Crianças 2021-2024) has five priorities: promote well-being and equal opportunities; support families and parents; facilitate access to information and youth participation; prevent violence against children and young people; enhance scientific knowledge and raise awareness on children’s rights.

At the 20th annual Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2025, held in Lillestrøm, Norway, the Insafe network of European Safer Internet Centres hosted a dynamic and welcoming space within the IGF Village, drawing in participants from across the globe to explore, discuss, and engage with the mission of creating a safer and better internet for children and young people.

As the BIK+ strategy marks its third anniversary, two major milestones offer fresh insight into progress toward a safer and more inclusive digital world for children: the first full youth-centred evaluation of the strategy and the 2025 edition of the BIK Policy monitor. These provide evidence on what is effective, what needs improvement, and where urgent action is required to protect children's rights online in the EU.

The national campaign for better and safer digital space in public schools in Albania was supported by the Digital Europe programme and CRCA-ECPAT Albania, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the national child helpline in Albania (ALO 116-111). Since its launch in January 2025, as part of the campaign activities, members have met with over 7,400 children and adolescents, and over 600 teachers and parents, while the campaign's social pages have received more than 21,000 visits.
