In its Resolution No. 629 of 3 October 2018, the Czech Government approved the cross-sectional strategic document Digital Czech Republic, which deals with all the effects of digitisation on the economy and society. It is a set of concepts that create the conditions for the long-term prosperity of the Czech Republic. Its content can be defined as follows: “Strategy of Coordinated and Comprehensive Digitisation of the Czech Republic 2018+”. “Digital Czech Republic” covers three pillars (partial strategies) that form one logical unit.

The Malta Diġitali Strategy sets out the national strategy for 2022-2027 and highlights how Malta intends to maintain its momentum as a leader in digital transformation while remaining mindful of social and economic opportunities and challenges that arise. It sets out how Government shall act not only in its traditional role as policy maker, promoter and regulator, but also as a catalyst for change through digitalisation alongside other social and economic actors.

The objective of the National Plan for Digital Skills is to guarantee the training and digital inclusion of workers and citizens as a whole, in order to promote the creation of quality jobs, reduce unemployment, increase productivity and contribute to closing gender, social and territorial gaps. The National Digital Skills Plan, included in the Digital Agenda 2026, also develops part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The Plan's planned investments will reach 3.75 billion euros for the period 2021-2023.

The Digital Austria Act establishes a digital work programme with 117 measures and 35 principles for digitalisation in the country. It encompasses an analysis of law suitability for digital processes, public administrative reforms, and adaptation to technologies. Moreover, it is based on a digital accessibility principle that includes the entire population, especially people with disabilities.

The Digital Skills Initiative for Austria (DKO) is a national strategy that includes a package of actions to enhance digital experiences in the country, particularly through workshops and educational measures. The initiative established a Digital Skills Office, responsible for implementing 4,500 digitalisation workshops for the population in all Austrian municipalities.
