Your safe place: Α support platform for children and teenagers
The Greek Safer Internet Centre has launched "Your Safe Place", an innovative online platform designed especially for children and teenagers. Online grooming
The leaflet addresses the issue of online grooming, which is the act of luring children on the internet for sexual exploitation.
It explains the warning signs that may indicate a child’s involvement in a dangerous online relationship, and highlights the types of conversations that should raise adults’ concerns.
It also provides guidance on how to protect children from grooming and how to respond in cases of suspected or confirmed abuse.
E-learning course for children on internet safety
An interactive online course for children aged 7–10, teaching safe and responsible internet use.
Through six short missions (approx. 20 minutes each), children meet the Sieciaki characters and learn key principles:
Comic strip on grooming

Practical guide on grooming
Point de Contact (part of the French Safer Internet Centre) provides the public with the practical guide "Grooming".
This resource provides a legal definition of grooming, based on three specific articles of the French Criminal Code that prohibit this practice, the sexual solicitation of a child by an adult. It also informs readers about the various situations that fall under this form of cyberviolence, as well as the methods commonly used by predators.
Poster: sexual harassment online
The poster on sexual harassment online informs young people about typical behavior of perpetrators and encourages them to defend themselves against sexual harassment on the internet. It explains what victims can do and lists contact points in case of problems.

Portuguese Penal Code
Article 176º of the Portuguese Penal Code describes the crime related to pornography of minors, including the grooming of minors, production, distribution, and dissemination of media material, in addition to other actions considered under the law. Article 193° prohibits sharing images or other digital material without consent.
