This constantly growing collection of teaching examples provides teachers with suggestions on how they can work on various digital topics with their students. Teaching examples on the topics of AI and internet fraud are currently available. These provide teachers with input on how they can actively use new tools such as ChatGPT and discuss them with their students and how they can sensitise young people to internet fraud, phishing, malware and fake shops.

By making this tool available in the Netherlands, we collectively ensure a safer Internet. For example, children will learn what digital footprint, hoax, cyber grooming is, but also why they should regularly update software or use an antivirus program. Next, they will get acquainted with Safer Internet Day. It is also good to know that children can always turn to our Safety Line project partner with confidence.

Internet and social media is a world where everything changes quickly. The digital world is no longer a separate world for children and young people, it is their global environment. Media literacy is also gaining in importance within the learning programmemes in education.
